Your intro session is a structured assessment where we observe your dog’s behaviour, temperament, triggers and current training level. Sessions begin at our base near Pocklington and are carried out in real-world environments so we can see how your dog responds in everyday situations.
After the assessment, your trainer will recommend the most suitable training programme - whether residential, 1-to-1 or puppy training.
Our training is delivered at our base near Pocklington and across real-life environments in the East Riding of Yorkshire, including parks, towns and public spaces. We do not offer traditional “in-home only” training because practising in real-world settings produces far more reliable and long-lasting results.
However, if certain behaviours need to be assessed near your home environment, your trainer will advise you individually.
Most owners see positive changes after their very first session. The timeline depends on your dog’s individual behaviour and the programme you choose - for example, residential training offers the fastest, most intensive results.
Your trainer will give you clear expectations during your intro session, along with tailored guidance to help progress continue between lessons.
